UDP Aleppo and the City Development Strategy Madinatuna 2025 conducted a two-day field trip to Gaziantep-Turkey , on the 16th and the 17th of  February 2010 . with team composed of UDP – Aleppo Manger, UDP- Assistant Manager for ACDS, UDP- Assistant Manager for IS, head of six working groups and the cultural coordinator.
The objective of the visit was to Highlight  the lessons learnt of the Gaziantep experience in urban management  rely on decentralization, their strategy, informal settlement as well as greening concept and old city.
